D.I.R.T. Shirt Events
Our most recent DIRT Shirt event was Saturday, April 12. We very tangibly showed our love and appreciation for our pastor and his family. We worked (and played!) in the Fry's Yard. We had 3 wood splitters going at once and split and stacked a mountain of downed trees. It looks fantastic! See it for yourself monday night, 6:30 - 8:30.
Saturday, June 7 is the date of our next DIRT Shirt event. We'll be aiding Hartstone Bible Camp prepare their facilities for the ministry to families and groups. We'll meet at TBC at 8:30 am, and be back at 12:30 pm.
"DISCIPLES IN REAL TIMES"
If you want to be a real time disciple you must be willing to get your hands dirty like Jesus did. Remember how He washed His disciples’ feet and then told them to follow His example (John 13)? You see, Jesus was not afraid to get His hands dirty ministering to others and that explains the D.I.R.T. Crew Motto, "Come Get Your Hands Dirty!"
Dirt Shirts are the most valuable shirts around. You cannot buy them, you can only earn them. Your youth are earning a 'D.I.R.T shirt' by attending weekly Crossroad's youth ministry meetings and by digging in at monthly Crossroad's Youth Ministry 'DIRT Shirt Events'.
The Bridge
Ukiah and the surrounding area has a youth event with dynamic night of high energy music, drama, and games, with a message from the Word. All for the glory of Jesus Christ.
