OUR HISTORY
In early March 2003 a group of 22 people met in a living room and Crossroads was born. We prayed on what should be the new name of the Church. After three weeks of prayer, discussion, and ideas we were led to call it CROSSROADS, because many of us are at a crossroads in our lives and we understand from the Bible that God is concerned and will guide us through our life choices.
The VISION of Crossroads Christian Church is: - To live out the life of Jesus by teaching, preaching and discipling the whole person with the whole gospel to the whole world.
The CORE VALUES of Crossroads Christian Church are: - Ministry - Showing God’s love through service.
- Discipleship - Maturity through teaching and learning.
- Fellowship - Membership in God’s family.
- Worship - Magnify God’s presence.
- Evangelism - Sharing God’s love through missions.
The MISSION of Crossroads Christian Church is: - To establish and cultivate a dynamic worship service that gives Glory to God.
- To create and enlist individuals in a small group setting that meets their needs.
- To provide dynamic teaching and serving programs.
The PURPOSES of Crossroads Christian Church are:
To worship and serve God and to fulfill the Great Commandment and the Great Commission of Jesus Christ as set forth in Matthew 22: 36-40 and Matthew 28:19-20.
- To minister to the needs of the members and others as the church is able to do so.
- To do any and all things related to and in connection with the carrying out of the object and purpose herein set forth.
